Ten years after a natural disaster on a global scale and the resulting wars the face of the earth is changed.
Humanity has reverted to tribalism and life is again as brutal and dangerous as it was in the Dark Ages.
Those who cannot fight for their freedom are owned and used. Those who can are forced to become the brutal overlords they might have despised only a few years before - in a time that is all too quickly becoming myth.
